The Opportunity

We are hiring licensed Estheticians for part-time and full-time roles who want more than a treatment room you want a stable home to grow your craft, build guest relationships, and earn a reliable income.

Experienced Estheticians working 30 hours per week (80% scheduled) at Spavia West Boca typically earn $70,000$75,000+ annually, with additional earning potential from enhancements, retail sales, and bonuses. We handle the marketing, scheduling, and supplies so you can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Provide customized, results-focused skincare treatments tailored to each guest's skin type, concerns, and goals.
• Educate guests on homecare routines, recommend enhancements and retail products, and introduce memberships that support their long-term wellness and skincare plans.
• Maintain a relaxing, spotless treatment room that is fully stocked, organized, and ready for every service.
• Document guest preferences and progress with simple SOAP notes to ensure continuity and improvement over time.
• Collaborate with a professional, kind, and growth-minded spa team to deliver a consistent luxury experience for every guest.

What Success Looks Like

• Within the first 36 months, you build a strong base of repeat guests who request you by name and rebook regularly.
• You consistently provide on-time, high-quality treatments while staying within service time and 10-minute turnover guidelines.
• You confidently recommend enhancements, memberships, and retail products that align with guest needs, contributing to your bonus potential.
• You are recognized by guests and teammates for your professionalism, reliability, and ability to create a calm, welcoming experience.

What We're Looking For

• Active Esthetician license in Fl.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
• A calm, caring energy and genuine passion for helping others feel and look their best.
• Comfort working a mix of shifts that include evenings and weekends to meet guest demand.

Compensation and Benefits

• Experienced Estheticians at 30 hours/week (80% scheduled) typically earn $70,000$75,000+ annually, plus extra pay from enhancements, retail sales, and bonuses.
